On top of that we also give our customers 21 days to ensure that everything is as described.
We are aware that new items normally come with 1 year from manufacturers
And some second user items come with up to 6 months, some with 3 months, some with 1 month, some with none.
– and private sellers advertising on local websites usually give none.
We also could do the same if we sold all our goods at the prices of those retailers,
But our focus is not on insuring your item for you at an extra cost to you
(which you can easily do yourself at a much lower cost)
Our aim is to bring our customers the best value for money
So we inspect items, refurbish and bring them back to factory settings,
upgrade hardware and boost performance were necessary
and install a fresh operating system using genuine license codes with certificate of authenticity.
If any items are found to have minor faults or scratches etc, we price them accordingly and then provide a full description of the specification and condition.
Once sold, we provide customers with a receipt
and give them 21 days peace of mind to ensure that everything is as described,
not 1 years insurance at three times the cost to the customer.
After the peace of mind period, we still provide our loyal customers with limited free support
And if for example a customer dropped an item and broke the screen,
we would normally carry out repairs on them at extremely low prices

REPAIRS Terms & Conditions:
General repairs carry a full Parts and labour warranty for 21 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated. Repairing of internal power sockets on laptops carry a warranty of 7 days as it is a delicate part and needs to be taken care of by the customer. Parts ordered by the customer are payable by the customer should they wish to cancel a pending repair before the repair is carried out. Parts plus labour are payable in full once a repair is carried out. Repairs Not collected after 45 days will be disposed of without further notice. We aim to have repairs completed within 7 working days, but this can sometimes take longer depending on the nature of the item and/or availability of parts. Any parts ordered on the customer’s request must be paid for by the customer regardless of the success or failiure of repair if it is found that the item has other defects which affect the requested repair.
Damage or defects, which are in our opinion, directly caused by incorrect, or, improper use, neglect, or mishandling, including overclocking and unauthorized upgrades by the user is specifically excluded from any warranty given or implied. Please check the laptop after repair that it is in working order. Abz Computers shall not bear responsibility for any other damage besides the component/s repaired. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure safe data handling Abz Computers shall not accept responsibility for any loss of data or driver and software related issues if the correct drivers are not available on the manufacturers’ website and if a program is not compatible with the operating system requested for installation as this is the software companies’ responisibilty. Any data backup we take on depends on the recoverable data and we in no way imply that any data is 100% recoverable. Customers are advised to backup any data before submitting an item.
All items carry a warranty of 21 days only unless otherwise stated.

Limited 21 Day warranty against mechanical defects.This does not cover battery, accidental damage, or misuse.
Damage or defects, which are in our opinion, directly caused by incorrect or improper use, neglect,
or mishandling by the user is specifically excluded from any warranty given or implied.
We do not provide refunds on second user goods in any case, items found to be faulty will be repaired
and if this is not possible, we will replace them with an item of the same or similar value.
Items may have cosmetic blemishes as they are ex-corporate. It is the customer’s responsibilty to ensure that items are cosmetically satisfactory before purchase
